Hi folks, we will be announcing more about July’s course very soon, but in the meantime here’s some other things that may be of interest!

Our tutors at Celtic Connections 2020

Adam Sutherland’s A Brew and a Blether – 23rd & 30th January – Join Adam Sutherland as he chats to some of the festival’s artists in the intimate and stunning setting of the newly refurbished Mackintosh at the Willow Tea Rooms, for a recording of his podcast ‘Adam Sutherland’s Interesting People’. – info

Adam Sutherland’s Tunes n Tales – 24th January – Adam will entertain you with a 50/50 mix of tunes and tales with a selection of his own music and engaging stories of his life and work – info

John Somerville will be performing The Voyage of the Hector as part of Costal Connections  – info

Calum MacCrimmon will be performing as part of the GRIT Orchestra at the opening concert and on the 18th January, before a very special gig with Breabach on the 17th January celebrating 15 years since they won the Danny Kyle Award. There’ll be loads of special guests, and did you know there’s even a special 15yr old whisky to celebrate?! – info

Laura-Beth Salter will be performing with Kinnaris Quintet at the New Auditorium on the 31st Jan, and with The High Rolling Sessions at the Drygate on the 30th. The drygate will be LB’s 2nd home throughout the festival, while she programs bands for The Late Night Sessions!
